How to make nail polish dry faster

1. Thin coats

It’s the number one trick: the thinner the coat, the sooner it dries. Two thin ones dry much faster than a single thick one.

2. Leave a few seconds between coats

It seems slower, but by not building up wet product the whole thing dries sooner and without marks.

3. Cold water

Dipping your nails in really cold water for a few minutes helps harden the polish on the surface.

4. Cold air, not hot

If you use a hairdryer, set it to cold. Hot air softens the polish and does the exact opposite.

5. A fast-dry top coat

A top coat seals and speeds up the finish, as well as adding shine.

6. Don’t rush
