Velynails Warranty
At Velynails, we place great importance on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
The purpose of this Warranty Policy is to define the conditions under which Velynails covers manufacturing defects, order preparation errors, functional anomalies and certain exceptional situations that may affect the products sold in our store.
Our warranty has been designed to guarantee transparent, fair treatment in accordance with good e-commerce practices, respecting our customers' legal rights at all times.
1. Warranty duration
This warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Requests submitted after this period has elapsed cannot be processed under this Warranty Policy.
2. Products covered by the warranty
This warranty covers, among others, the following cases:
- Products received damaged.
- Products with manufacturing defects.
- Products that do not function in accordance with their intended purpose.
- Errors in the preparation or shipment of the order.
- Products received incomplete.
- Products different from those ordered.
After analyzing each case, Velynails will determine, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, the most appropriate solution for the situation.
This solution may consist, among others, of:
- Free replacement of the affected product.
- A full or partial refund.
- The granting of a purchase voucher.
- A new shipment.
- Any other commercial solution that Velynails deems appropriate.
Each request will be analyzed individually.
3. Warranty exclusions
This warranty does not cover, among other cases:
- Normal wear of the product.
- Damage resulting from improper or negligent use.
- Failure to comply with the usage recommendations.
- Damage caused by incorrect use, modification of the product or inadequate storage.
- Damage caused by impacts, falls or improper handling.
- Damage occurring after receipt of the product.
- Normal differences in results between different users.
- The customer's personal preferences or subjective expectations.
- Normal differences in duration, shine, color intensity or finish depending on the nail type and conditions of use.
The warranty also does not cover small differences related to:
- color;
- shade;
- packaging;
- the box;
- the label;
- the product design;
- certain graphic elements;
- certain accessories or aesthetic elements.
These differences may be due to the normal evolution of our products, to different manufacturing batches or to the different logistics centers responsible for preparing the orders.
They do not affect the quality, authenticity or normal functioning of the product and therefore do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
The photographs, videos, illustrations, simulations, advertising images, decorative elements, flowers, furniture, jewelry, accessories, fabrics or any other element shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these elements are not part of the purchased product.
The product received may present slight differences compared to the images shown without this constituting a defect of the product or giving rise to the application of this warranty.
4. Verification of warranty requests
In order to guarantee serious, transparent and fair treatment of each request, Velynails reserves the right to request any element that allows the reported problem to be objectively verified.
Depending on the nature of the claim, we may request, among others:
- Photographs of the package received.
- Photographs of the product's packaging.
- Photographs of the shipping label.
- Photographs of the product before use.
- Photographs or videos during use.
- Photographs or videos of the result obtained.
- Photographs of all the products received.
- Any other evidence that allows the situation to be objectively analyzed.
The evidence provided must be sufficiently clear and allow the incident to be correctly assessed.
In the absence of sufficient evidence, Velynails may request additional information before continuing to review the file.
If the information provided does not allow the origin of the problem to be determined or the alleged facts to be verified, Velynails may reject the warranty request.
Any attempt at fraud, falsification of documents, photographs, videos or intentionally false statements may result in the definitive rejection of any warranty request.
5. Compliance with the usage recommendations
When a product is accompanied by instructions or usage recommendations, the customer may be asked to demonstrate that these recommendations have been followed.
The warranty will not apply when the reported problem is the direct or indirect consequence of:
- Inadequate preparation of the nails.
- Incorrect application.
- Failure to comply with the recommended drying times.
- Use contrary to the instructions indicated on our website, on the product page, on the packaging or in any official Velynails documentation.
- Use other than that intended for the product.
Usage recommendations for the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen
To achieve a beautiful, even and long-lasting manicure, we recommend following these steps.
1. Prepare the nails
Carefully clean the nails and make sure they are completely clean and dry.
Remove any residue of cream, oil, dust or moisture before application.
For a longer duration, we recommend first applying our Velynails™ Base Coat and letting it dry completely.
2. Shake the product
Shake the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen for several seconds with the cap closed before each use to mix the formula properly.
3. Activate the tip
Hold the pen with the tip facing down for a few moments.
If it is the first use, gently press the tip several times until the polish begins to impregnate the applicator.
Avoid applying excessive pressure so as not to saturate the tip with an excessive amount of product.
4. Apply the polish
Apply 2 or 3 thin coats, letting each coat dry for approximately 20 seconds.
Thin coats allow you to obtain:
- A more even color.
- Faster drying.
- A more uniform finish.
- Better adhesion.
- A longer duration.
5. Finish with a Top Coat
Once the polish is completely dry, we recommend applying our Velynails™ Top Coat to protect the color, increase the shine and extend the duration of the manicure.
Additional recommendations
To preserve the product's performance, we also recommend:
- Always closing the cap properly immediately after each use.
- Storing the product in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
- Protecting the product from excessive heat, frost and direct sunlight.
- Avoiding applying coats that are too thick.
- Respecting the drying time between each coat.
- Avoiding prolonged contact with hot water during the first hour after application.
- If the flow of the polish decreases, leaving the pen with the tip facing down for a few minutes before using it again.
- Using our Velynails™ Magic Remover, specially designed to easily remove the polish while minimizing friction on the nail.
Application conditions
To obtain the best possible performance, the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen must be applied to clean, dry and properly prepared natural nails.
The presence of cream, oil, dust, moisture, greasy products or any other element that may reduce the adhesion of the polish can affect its finish, duration and performance.
Failure to comply with these recommendations may be taken into account when reviewing a warranty request when the reported problem may derive from it.
Product storage
To preserve the qualities of the product, we recommend storing the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen:
- At room temperature.
- In a dry place.
- Protected from excessive heat.
- Protected from frost.
- Protected from direct sunlight.
Inadequate storage conditions may alter the normal performance of the product without this constituting a manufacturing defect.
Intended use
The Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen is intended exclusively for cosmetic use on the nails.
Any use other than intended, inappropriate or different from that indicated by Velynails will exclude the application of this warranty.
Failure to comply with all the usage recommendations set out in this policy, on the product page, on the packaging or in any official Velynails documentation may be taken into account when analyzing a warranty request when the circumstances so justify.
6. Special case of cosmetic and beauty products
Cosmetic and beauty products may offer different results for each user.
The performance of the product may vary depending on numerous factors, including:
- The nail type.
- The natural condition of the nails.
- The preparation prior to application.
- Compliance with the usage recommendations.
- The number of coats applied.
- The drying time respected between each coat.
- Whether or not our Base Coat and Top Coat are used.
- Daily habits.
- The frequency of hand washing.
- The use of hydroalcoholic gels.
- Prolonged exposure to water.
- The use of cleaning products or chemicals.
- Professional or sporting activities.
- Climatic conditions.
A difference in results between two users does not constitute a defect of the product and, on its own, does not justify the application of this warranty.
Velynails™ products are intended exclusively for cosmetic use.
Before the first use, we recommend carrying out a preliminary test on a small area of the nail or skin.
In case of irritation, discomfort, allergic reaction or any unusual reaction, immediately stop using the product and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Individual allergies, sensitivities or intolerances do not constitute a manufacturing defect and are not covered by this warranty.
7. Special case of the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen
The Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen has been designed to offer a simple, fast and precise application.
The standard Velynails™ pack includes only 5 Velynails™ Nail Polish Pens.
Our Base Coat, our Top Coat and our Velynails™ Magic Remover are sold separately.
Although their use is not mandatory, we strongly recommend it to obtain a more durable and professional manicure.
Their use allows, among others:
- To improve the adhesion of the polish.
- To achieve a more even color.
- To intensify the shine.
- To better protect the polish against daily wear.
- To reduce the risk of chipping.
- To considerably extend the duration of the manicure.
Without using our Base Coat or our Top Coat, the usual duration of the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen is generally between 2 and 4 days, and may be lower depending on the nail type and conditions of use.
With the application of our Base Coat before the polish and our Top Coat once drying is complete, the duration can reach approximately 7 to 10 days, depending on the nail type and conditions of use.
These durations are provided for guidance only and do not constitute an individual guarantee of result.
The duration of the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen does not constitute a guaranteed characteristic, but an estimate based on normal conditions of use and on compliance with the recommendations set out in this Warranty Policy, on our website, on the product page and on any other official Velynails medium.
Use of the product without our Base Coat or our Top Coat may cause, among other consequences:
- A shorter duration.
- A lower color intensity.
- Lower resistance to daily wear.
- A faster loss of shine.
- Faster wear of the polish.
These situations are completely normal and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
To remove the polish, we recommend using our Velynails™ Magic Remover, specially developed to dissolve the polish quickly and easily, minimizing friction on the nail.
As with any cosmetic product, the Velynails™ Nail Polish Pen may present slight variations in appearance, texture, viscosity or color intensity throughout its useful life or between different manufacturing batches.
As long as these variations do not affect the normal functioning of the product, they will not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Production variations
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, Velynails reserves the right to modify, without prior notice:
- The product design.
- Its packaging.
- Its labeling.
- Certain graphic elements.
- Non-essential components.
- The dimensions of certain accessories.
- The general presentation of the product.
These modifications do not affect the quality, safety or main function of the product.
Depending on the manufacturing batch or the logistics center responsible for preparing the order, some products may be delivered:
- With or without a box.
- With a different label.
- With updated packaging.
- With a slightly different presentation.
These differences do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Colors and images
The colors shown on our website, social networks, advertisements and any other communication medium are exclusively illustrative.
The final appearance of the colors may vary due to, among other factors:
- Lighting conditions.
- Photographic processes.
- Screen brightness.
- Contrast.
- Saturation.
- Color temperature.
- Device calibration.
- The type of screen used (computer, mobile phone or tablet).
- Normal variations between different manufacturing batches.
Slight differences in tone between the published images and the product received are normal.
They do not affect the quality, functioning or intended use of the product and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
The photographs published by our customers, collaborators, ambassadors or content creators reflect their personal experience.
Since results may vary from one person to another, these images do not constitute a guarantee of obtaining an identical result.
Intended use
Velynails™ products are intended for personal and domestic use.
Any intensive, professional, commercial or abnormal use may be taken into account when analyzing a warranty request when it may have contributed to the reported problem.
8. Procedure for requesting the warranty
To submit a warranty request, contact our customer service at the following address:
The request must mandatorily include:
- The order number.
- The name of the affected product.
- A detailed description of the problem.
- All the photographs and/or videos necessary to correctly analyze the incident.
Depending on the nature of the claim, Velynails may request additional information or evidence to complete the analysis of the file.
Incomplete requests cannot be processed until all the necessary information has been received.
9. Warranty decision and resolution
Once all the documentation provided has been analyzed, Velynails will determine, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, the most appropriate solution for each case.
This solution may consist, among others, of:
- Free replacement of the affected product.
- A full or partial refund.
- The granting of a purchase voucher.
- A new shipment.
- Any other commercial solution that Velynails deems appropriate.
Each request will be studied individually taking into account all the information, photographs, videos and documents provided by the customer.
The warranty will only cover the product or products affected by the verified incident and will not automatically extend to the rest of the order.
Any attempt at fraud, falsification of documents, photographs, videos or deliberately false statements may result in the definitive rejection of any warranty request.
Limitation of liability
This warranty covers exclusively the affected product.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velynails will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or immaterial damages arising from the use of its products, including, among others, economic losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunities or any other indirect harm.
This provision does not limit the legal rights granted to the consumer in accordance with current legislation.
Force majeure
Velynails may not be held liable for delays, inability to perform or any other incident arising from circumstances beyond its control, including, among others:
- Natural disasters.
- Fires.
- Floods.
- Pandemics.
- Armed conflicts.
- Strikes.
- Transport disruptions.
- Customs blockages.
- Administrative decisions.
- Any other case constituting force majeure in accordance with applicable law.
This provision does not affect the legal rights granted to the consumer.
Continuous improvement
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, Velynails reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, its products, its non-essential characteristics, its packaging, its labels, its instructions for use, its usage recommendations, its graphic elements and this Warranty Policy.
These modifications are aimed at continuously improving the quality of our products and services.
These modifications will not affect the legal warranties applicable to products already delivered or the rights granted to consumers by current legislation.
